At Wax Works, we will always
provide the highest possible service and take the best possible care of
your vehicle. Please read on to see our Terms and Conditions.
>>> CANCELLATIONS
Please give us as much prior notice as possible in the event that you need
to cancel your appointment. Cancellations at short notice (on the day)
will be charged at about half the original service price. The full charge
may apply in instances where we turn up to find the vehicle
unavailable for us to carry out the service without prior notification.
These policies reflect the fact that our time is valuable and your
appointment may have prevented someone else from benefitting from our
services. In the unlikely event that your appointment has to be delayed or
cancelled by us, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any consequential
losses resulting from such delay or cancellation.
>>> OUR
VALET PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices shown on this website, printed on leaflets & brochures, or
discussed on the
telephone, are a quotation and may be subject to change once we have seen
your vehicle. The quotation may be increased should the vehicle not be as
described, extra services are requested, or the vehicle is significantly
dirtier than we would otherwise reasonably expect. This could be due to
the size of your vehicle, location, very
muddy carpets, mouldy upholstery, excessive dog hair, etc. We will discuss
your individual requirements upon inspection of the vehicle. Out of hours
and weekend appointments may carry a surcharge. Payments are to be made in CASH
unless otherwise agreed by us prior to starting the service. All payments
must be made on the day, upon completion of the service. Thank you.
Advance payments can be made through PAYPAL, if you wish, before the day of the booked valet. Our
Paypal e-mail ID is dazz@1fish.co.uk
N.B. If not paid in advance, all
service fees must be paid
direct to the operator immediately upon completion.

LONG WILL MY VALET TAKE?
Most of the services listed on our website have an "Estimated Time To
Complete" next to them. It is common to go a little over the
estimated time as we always give that little extra attention to detail,
culminating in job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and the Wow factor!

BAD WEATHER
CONDITIONS AND YOUR BOOKING
We carry out valet services all year round so, on some occasions, the
weather prevents us from pursuing our normal duties. In this event, if you have an undercover area or suitable garage, we could still valet
your vehicle. If no such sheltered work area is available, bad weather may
regrettably force us to cancel. We
will contact you by phone to confirm the cancellation and to re-schedule a more suitable
appointment. Thank you for understanding.
>>> CONTENTS
OF YOUR VEHICLE / PERSONAL ITEMS
If you have booked a valet service, please make sure your vehicle is in a
reasonable condition by removing excess items from the interior and boot
area. Either remove all your personal belongings, or put them in a bag
away from rubbish that we will clear. Thank you. N.B. Items that may resemble rubbish
could be considered disposable and, therefore, removed. We will not be held responsible in such a
situation.
>>> DAMAGES
We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising
from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts, door mirrors held on with
chewing gum, etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems
before we start the valet. Thank you.
>>> PUBLIC
LIABILITY AND BUSINESS INSURANCE
We have a MASTER TRADESMAN PLUS Insurance Policy. Our Motor Trade
Insurance covers us to drive all our customers' vehicles, with no value
limit! So rest assured, we are legally and financially covered to be in
charge of your vehicle. Wax Works also has full PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
for peace of mind.
